  1. Be thankful for life. Say it out loud if you can each day.
  2. Breathe.
  3. Love. We are all love. Reflect on an experience where you felt that feeling of love. Embrace it.
  4. Exercise daily.
  5. Get some sun every day.
  6. Drink water. Lots.
  7. Smile.
  8. Keep a plant in your home and talk to it when you can, lovingly. 
  9. Turn off the phone, TV, music, noise for about 5 minutes a day.
  10. Give thankfulness, gratitude to life and say I love you to yourself before going to bed.

A little positivity goes a long way. My somatic body coach said to me at the beginning of our work together that “little movements lead to bigger ones”. She is so right. We must start somewhere, and that start can be small to keeping the “Young in it”.
